B1 Community Self-Care Solutions™ for the Workplace are interactive human development programs.  This workplace retreat allows participants to engage in a program that teaches strategies in order to develop leadership qualities and effective communication skills while allowing participants to engage in some easily applied self-care modalities. During the program participants will learn these strategies as they participate in yoga, relaxation response and coaching workshops!  This program teaches skills that individuals can employ themselves and in working with others.

B1 Self-Care Solutions™ Retreats are ideal for staff and group trainings to improve morale, increase client satisfaction and improve team effectiveness.  It also teaches techniques to increase overall health and well-being.

Coaching skills and language are valuable communication tools and increases teams’ ability to work together and move beyond conflict faster.   Yoga and meditation have valuable benefits including reducing stress, improving medical conditions, lifting mood, easing depression, and many more. Throughout the program easy take-aways will be taught so participants can fully engage these techniques back in the workplace.
