By partnering with B1 Community through the B1 Self-Care Solutions™ Provider Program, your office will provide your patients not only the best medicine but also proven methods of support and self-care that dynamically improve the results that patients realize in their health and their life.
Through health coaching, health and nutrition virtual education classes, support groups and self-awareness techniques such as yoga and meditation/relaxation response, B1 Community teaches patients that lifestyle changes are possible and works with your practice to insure a high continuum of care.
We know that doctors and other health care providers have very little time to provide the self-care techniques and tips to help patients make important lifestyle changes and improve the their health and wellbeing We also recognize that physicians and providers are looking for quality programs. By partnering with B1 Community to offer Self-Care programs to patients providers are able to do more than refer patients to a program. They can offer this service directly, thus being able to monitor results. B1 Community helps you help your patients actively become change agents of their own care.

JOINING THE PROVIDER PROGRAM
Through this program your organization engages B1 Community as their Self-Care Solutions™ Provider. Patients have the convenience of receiving the service through your office and paying your office directly. Let B1 Community help you set up model that works for your patients and your practice.
Partnering with B1 Community for Self-Care Solutions™ increases patient satisfaction with their care.
v B1 Community establishes in the doctor’s office the marketing materials and the process necessary to become a provider of B1 Community Self-Care Solutions™. A B1 Community staff member comes to your location for to establish and train you and your staff. Two on-site days.
v Doctor’s office and location information is added to the B1 Community website listing of providers. Doctor receives B1 Community logo and can advertise their practice as a B1 Community Self-Care Solutions™ provider.
v Doctor’s patients get access to B1 Community’s web portal for service management.
v The doctor and one staff member are trained in the B1 Health Coaching Basics. This 8-hour telephone class training will familiarize you and your practice with B1 Health Coaching and the Self-Care practices your patients will be engaging in.
v Once B1 Community is engaged, programs could be specially tailored for the patient population based on diagnosis and needs of the patients seen by the doctor.
v Doctor receives one email summary after each health coaching series regarding patient’s progress, choices that might influence care, along with recommendations including if more coaching is recommended.
B1 COMMUNITY PROVIDER PROGRAM FEES
B1 Community charges a one time set up fee to become a B1 Community Self-Care Solutions™ Provider and a yearly renewal fee applies. The fee is dependent on the number of total patients within a physician’s practice. The program is customized for your practice and revenues from this program cover the joining fee and renewal fees.
